I really appreciated how easy they were to reach when I had an emergency recently. They took my call right away. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
