I'd rate ZERO if I could. SOOO spiteful, derogatory, sexist and biased. This guy should be banned from ever counseling anyone. Friggin' drug addict.

Freddy Carrero is the worst and most unethical counselor there is. He cuts personal deals with clients and is flirtatious with female clients.
It’s unbelievable he still counselors and has not been jailed or had his licenses removed for his inappropriate behavior.
