They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. This is the first time I have needed this and it exceeded my expectations. The physical therapists were friendly, supportive, informative and encouraging. They explained why and what in clear terms, answering my questions thoughtfully and honestly. They clearly told me what to expect, how much pain and work I could expect and even told me what the possible outcomes were, depedent upon my actions as well. The therpists spent time with me and did not rush. I highly recommend this facility
