They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
