They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Dr. Bain is one of the only Chiro's I trust. He adjusts and manipulates without force. I can walk in and they have fit me in and he has even come in on the weekend when I really messed up my back. When I switched insurance I tried somewhere else. That person hurt me so bad I left crying and that Dr. said I had to have surgery. I went straight to Dr. Bain's without caring if he was on my insurance. I felt so much better and after a few month's he told me to come in occasionally for an alignment when needed. No surgery and didn't tell me to keep coming in when it was no longer needed. The few bad things I have heard were from people that ended up being busted for insurance scams.

I had to do an IME with Dr. Bain, I was to told by my current Chiro, that no matter what he was going to find me medically stable. Not only did he just do that, but he also lied in his report and tried to sell my wife shoe inserts for her neck injury. Go figure he happens to run a ortho company. He also found my wife medically stable even though she has documented nerve damage from the accident. I guess thats what happens when a insurance company pays for the doctor. Absolutely no integrity.
