I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it as the office provides a personable atmosphere. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting and the wait is very brief and hardly ever a wait to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable. Dr. Lucy is the most friendly and quite welcoming, the best I've ever dealt with in seeing any doctor. She is so knowledgeable and professional. making the whole experience more than I imagined in such a good way. She made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed and assured I had the knowledge and understanding I need to aid my condition beyond her services.
