They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for.
