I never actually got to see the Chiropractor because they make you see the medical doctor first. The medical doctor was rude, had a very poor bedside manner, and it seemed like I was a number, that he did not care what I had to say, didn't ask if I had questions and did not seem to care to answer the ones i had. Then after they take x-rays they will not even go over them with you, they make you come back for another appointment to do that. They are WAY overbooked. I sat in the waiting room for an hour past my appt time before I was even taken back. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. In total I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours for nothing. The staff is always polite, which I really appreciate. It was obvious that the Chiropractor had a good relationship with all of his staff members, I can't say the same for the medical doctor.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
