The Dr. Hanks and his receptionist will conspire against you, lie, cheat and steal, urge you to run up the bill to 10000 dollars while promising to negotiate the 175 dollars a visit down and then they will lie in court with their hands raised promising to tell the truth.

not to be trusted, liars all the way to the bank. Hanks deserves zero stars.
