The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. Tony is very caring and intuitive and an excellent healer. He does not even have an x-ray machine and does not automatically schedule your next appointment like other chiropractors.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
