I've had chronic back pain for years, and Dr. Holland has gone over exercises I can do to reduce the risk of continuing injury. His treatment has also kept me from having to have plastic surgery to move a nerve in my elbow, where inflammation was making it difficult to use my hand. My hand is now good as before, and I know how to treat any more inflammation flare ups

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
