I have never had a bad experience here. Their customer service is always outstanding and Dr. Henderson provides excellent service.

Yes, it was very serious so I never went back

Not at all. They give everyone the same adjustments

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
