I was satisfied with my appointment. The doctor was able to help me with everything I came in for. I was early, but never spent any time in the waiting room but was showed in to a treatment area. I had a specific problem and he took care of that. I treated with Dr. Livingston back in 2013 for a few months for back pain and he adjusted me and I have not had any further problems with my back. I have been to a chiropractor before and was jerked around. Dr. Livingston is very caring and concerned with his patients.

I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. In my experience, Mark Livingston is dishonest. He did absolutely nothing to help me, then charged me a whopping $128 and insisted he had done "work". I refuted the charge and he threatened to turn it over to collections if I didn't pay it in full that day. Family members have had to loan me the funds necessary to be able to see a different, HONEST, quality chiropractor for help with my acute back pain. Mark Livingston also kept urging me to bring my husband in--a clear attempt to troll for more patients. In response to my complaint to the BBB, he insisted he "truly cares" about patients and claimed he only overcharge me by $1.00. That is a lie. His receptionist told me up-front that any x-rays taken (he insisted on taking 2, which I believe were totally unnecessary) would cost $20. That figure was also clearly written on the new patient paperwork. I urge anyone seeking chiropractic help to go elsewhere! I do NOT recommend Livingston Chiropractic to anyone and will never go to this charlatan again.
