I have not managed to get a treatment yet and I am already very disappointed. Got the traatment scheduled - right where I needed it, meaning after four long flights - just to have a call at the last minute TELLING me to reschedule. TELLING, not asking. No attempt whatsoever to empathize with my situation just "the receptionist was new, she messed everything up". Very reassuring. If I did not get a GROUPON already I would not go. What a poor initial experience!
