I am having problem with obtain my medical bill. It has been over 3 months and the Doctor Clyde Logan is giving me the run around. The office help is very rude when I was asking for my medical bill in last two weeks. I have got into several arguments with the Doctor Clyde Logan and the staffs of over two visits. I had 2 treatments with Doctor Logan and the doctor is upset because I did not obtain his lawyer to file this case with the insurance company. The company is willing to settle the case but the doctor Logan will not give me a bill. I would not recommend Doctor Clyde Logan to anyone. Warning bad doctor!
