Had been a patient for years and regularly saw him once a month. Many visits I would have to wait anywhere between 15-35/40 minutes after my appointment time before being seen. The longest wait was one hour and 20 minutes....with no apology! My last appointment I thought it was at 4:30 and showed up at 4:27 pm. Saw doctor Morris at desk and quickly walk down hallway as I approached the sign in desk. Secretary stated that I was 15 minutes late and would need to reschedule. That he could now see me at 5:15 same day! There was NO other patient in the office! I appologized for being late and stated that I thought it was at 4:30. She reminded me of their policy. I reminded her how often I had to wait well over 15 minutes. I left and never have gone back. Poor customer service. I would understand more if the office was full of patients waiting to see the doctor...but there was not one patient in the office!. I really expected to hear from the doctor but apparently does not care he lost a customer of many many years!
