Dr. Mruz is knowledgeable and caring. If you're having shoulder problems he can help you like he helped me. The office has a friendly atmosphere and the whole staff is warm and kind.

The staff was unfriendly and rude. They were very cold and made no effort at all to welcome me or make me feel comfortable. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
