I felt like I was one of hundreds of cattle being hearded in to the barn. No personal treatment at all. And to top it off about 9 months after one of my treatments I recieved a statement from my insurance company saying the paid $$ for a "office visit" during one of my treatments. This was totally fraudelent. I called to complain was treated very rudly. I never went back and have since found a truely good chiropractor who cares about my well being. Nelson Chiropractic is nothing more then a money making business, no patient care.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
