Dr. Serin was recommended by attorney, Emily Kile, as an objective reliable Dr. to perform an independent pycho-educational evaluation on my disabled son. SHE IS NOT OBJECTIVE. She accepted money from my ex-husband to interview 2 additional collateral witnesses that support him. Neither I, nor my attorney, nor my son's court appointed attorney were notified of this breach in conduct. Dr. Serin then held my copy of the report hostage until I agreed to pay her for this biased report. The commissioner on the case ruled the report inadmissible because of Dr. Serin's agreement to accept money and interview collateral witnesses. She is NOT trustworthy.
