It was very easy to get a convenient appointment right away. They have a very flexible schedule and got me in quickly. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1.
