The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for.
