My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I won a free massage for this place and I went there to cash in the free massage. They pulled me into a tiny room and asked me a bunch of questions and said based on my answers I am going to have very bad back problems in the near future and should start seeing the chiropractor. I gave them my insurance info and they told me my insurance would cover this treatment. I would only have to pay a copay for each visit. Which i did.. It was all LIES! Don't listen to them! Call your insurance company yourself and ask. And make sure you get a receipt for each copay. The sessions were not helping me and so after 6 months I called it quits. 2 yrs later I get a notice in the mail stating they are suing me for thousands of $. I retained an attorney who called the law form on the letter head. Nothing came of it until another 2 yrs later. So now after 4 yrs they are still pursuing to sue me stating that my insurance never covered this treatment. They will kill you with kindness but watch out b/c they will make up stuff so that they can get whatever cash they can.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My adjustments hurt a lot. They didn't seem to care about my comfort in the least. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. From the secretary to the "treating" doctor they were all rude. They don’t look at you as a patient but more as a person bringing them money. The only person that was really nice was the young girl. She is smart, she answered all my questions and I know she will be a great nurse because she was a patient & truly understands what it’s like to need a medical attention. These people are far from professionals, if you need a chiropractor I suggest finding another who will fit your needs better.
