Dr. Barbosa made sure every single question I had was answered, and even anticipated questions. She and her staff even made themselves available when I thought of more questions. Not only that but they called and checked that the treatment was working, side effects were minimal (in my case none) and scheduled a follow-up for me. The staff is professional and pleasant and the environment was clean and airy.I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me as I need to visit docs during my lunch break. And yet, I did not feel rushed in the least. The doctor was honest and not too quick to diagnose - she was very thorough. They definitely believe in dealing with each INDIVIDUAL's needs rather than a one-size-fits all mentality - and with me it is much appreciated. They have a fan in me and a patient for life!
