Dr. Leigh is very knowledgeable about various treatment methods and acupuncture. He explained in-depth to me before he started, and so I was totally prepared for the course of treatment and the adjustments. The music here is soothing and pleasant. I felt totally safe and confident in their care. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and he was happy to answer each question I had. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, too. Overall, I would highly recommend his services to all. As an added bonus: his wife does neurofeedback testing and treatment, so that can provide additional benefits to those in need.

The massages are good but the woman at reception is incredibly rude. I've been here twice now and have dealt with them on the phone three times, but I won't be going back to put up with such terrible customer service

It's nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It is obvious that they have a good relationship with all of their staff members, which makes the general atmosphere so much more pleasant for patients.

My pain is not gone, but it's lessened substantially since I started going to HealthSource of Chapel Hill. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
