He did a great job with my neck lift. Very nice man and concerned about his patients. I get plenty of "you look so good" now. 70 years old.

Dr. Cassel and his staff are professional, kind, accommodating and just wonderful all around. I loved the fact that I stayed overnight after both of my procedures, I had a tummy tuck on 4-4-12 and a facelift on 11-11-13. That made me feel very safe and comfortable as you never know how you will respond after a procedure. The surgical suite is very clean and very well equipped. The nurses that were with me throughout the night gave me great care. I am very happy with the results of both procedures. I have already recommend Dr. Cassel to a friend and she is excited to meet with him.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the . Cassel is very communicative and open; he describes well what his recommended procedure will be. He has many years experience while at the same time being up to date on all recent developments in cosmetic surgery. The outcome of the operation and follow up/touch up procedure was very satisfying. Dr. Cassel did an excellent job and I highly recommend him to any potential patient considering any cosmetic surgery.
