We would not use this facility to board our pet again. They said they would apply eye ointment while our cat was with them, then did not, with the excuse he "was mean ". No animal will volunteer for this type medication, but hello!? Experienced vet techs should be competent to administer eye med to a 4 lb cat, right!!??!! Not much food was gone from the bag we supplied either, so we wonder if they fed him properly...will go elsewhere in future!!!
