It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
