I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

This was a routine check up for my pet in our new location. The receptionist was very friendly and the Dr was very good with my pet. there was little conversation other than what I initiated, and unfortunately I forgot to ask about her dental care and getting her "fixed". It seems to me that the Dr should have thought to inquire about both as they were on the chart and obviously in need of treatment. that disappointed me a little as I am looking for a thorough Dr since I know so little about dogs. However, I am going back and will let my new vet know I am open to all suggestions because I had no negitive experiences and other pet owners I met in the waiting room just adore him.
