Banfield Mt Juliet has an amazing staff and wonderful caring veterinarians who truly care about pets. They are always very respectful, kind and courteous. I will absolutely return with my pets to Banfield. I'm confident that my pet's health and safety is their top priority. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love the extra added layer of safety I'm provided by having the hospital located inside of PetSmart. It's nice that they are open on Saturdays and Sundays, too!
