I always had a good experience with Dr Betz and his staff. He retired this year and I am withholding judgement on the new vet, however his new hire receptionist needs a lesson on how to deal with injured/recovering animals. I was not pleased when I went to pickup my cat from surgery and when she brought him out to me she handled his crate like a piece of luggage, and he went rolling all around in the carrier. I am very upset and have not yet addressed this with the new vet but I will. He also was pushing science diet dog food on a young couple with a very young puppy, and anyone doing any research knows that that dog food is among the worst you can feed your pets. Its like a guarantee of a lifetime of vet bills.
