They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I loved that they thoroughly explained the risks and benefits of my pet's treatment. I felt much less nervous about starting my pet's treatment, when I knew what to expect. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
