I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bull and his staff and I too had a very special loving dog that passed on. He took a great deal of time each visit and I never left confused. I think he and his staff go out of their way each time and are professional, knowledgeable and very sincere. I and Miss Indy received the utmost in care, I always knew what was going on and what to expect, what her chances were and any options I might want taken and the costs upfront.. I have never had a doctor take that much time with each appointment and have never left with questions unanswered. I am thankful to have found him.

I spoke with Andrea informing her that my sister's little coco passed away and I was hurt for my sister who has had Coco for 14 years and has spent alot of time at Dr. steven Bulls office for 14 years.
Coco passed away and i metioned to Andrea that my sister received condolence cards from the cremator and the groomer but not one from Dr Bull? Andrea said, they used to do that but not any longer and I said Coco was the doctors patient for 14 years. Andrea became defensive and she stated, quote, are you yelling at me? I then informed her that Coco was family and I want all of you to know that when they take your money they are so nice till your pet passes away you are no longer nothing to them. Andrea was rude and unsympathetic. My last words to Andrea was that Coco was family and I cant wait yo tell this story on yelp.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the most respectful, courteous veterinarians I've ever met. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
