Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. All my concerns were put at ease when they answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible.
