Doctor Marianne (Countryside Animal Clinic) is one of the nicest vets that I have ever used. We have used her since 2004 after moving into the area from West Virginia. Received a recommendation of them from a co-worker. When it came time to have our pet cross the Rainbow Bridge, Dr. Reid was very compassionate. Now that we have another cat, we are using Countryside Animal Clinic as our vet again due to the experience we had in the past.
The new facility that she built is, in my opinion, state of the art.

I don't understand what this other Review is all about but it is certainly not in Doc Reid's nature to EVER do the things they said, I believe they had went to another Vet and got her confused with Doc Reid. But sometimes people just can't be pleased no matter how nice someone is because she is so easy going and takes time with you as this is by far the best Vet I have been to between Ohio and Hawaii! If you are looking for a GREAT vet that you can trust with your animals(children I call mine) for a down to Earth price, go no further!! She's the BEST I have came to find! I trust no other. I can't say enough great things about Countryside Animal Clinic. They just built a brand new office and it's such a cozy atmosphere. She's fast, so very sweet and knows what she's doing when it comes to taking care of many species of animals. I sound like a commercial, I'm just a big fan. Amazing Job Doc Reid!

This vet is extremely unprofessional, attempts to intimidate her clients. She is verbally abusive and chases clients out the door and to their car if you respectfully ask a question and she doesn't like it! Beware of this place! Can't express it enough. She does not know how to keep clients separate. The only room has no door and those in the waiting room see everything going on, so if it's privacy that you want, definitely do not come here! The clinic is small and outdated. The only employee with any professionalism if the girl that works the front desk. Other clients have seen this volatile woman have emotional outbursts of irrational rants. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. I am personally telling all of my friends and families. And am also contacting the board to file a complaint. Think twice before trusting the care of your pet with this clinic.
