Visited for the first time in August and did not get that warm feeling. Vet acknowledged the dog but not me. Not use to that.. They were busy and seemed rushed..Vet was attentive to my concerns but I had to point out skin issue on belly before it was checked out. Normally one would think this would be part of a first time exam or annual. Called today 9/2 to get a prescription for some dog food mentioned earlier and I was questioned as to why come there and then get the food elsewhere. First off, I don't think that is anyone's concern where I purchase the food. Lady (Toni) was very rude in my opinion. Called and told her that a prescription was not necessary after all as she said it wasn't but I also told her that I won't be coming back there ever due to her questioning where I get my dog food. It is no concern of hers. She apologized that I felt that way and I told her it was her comment that sealed the deal of me never coming back there.
