There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. My pet and I didn't have to wait long in the appointment room at all. I appreciated that they were able to get my pet in quickly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.

While the stock answer is all true, it does not paint a full picture. Dr. D is a GREAT and very caring vet. Not only does she treat all my pets (10 cats, a Saint Bernard and a Great Pyr) but she also treats the rescued dogs that come into my house. I volunteer with Saint Bernard Rescue Foundation of Texas, and she treats most of the Saints that come to my house. She always does blood work, which I like.
