They had the best parking situation that I've ever seen at any office. I found a spot right next to the entrance within seconds. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I found their building fairly easily. I appreciated the fact that they worked out of a building that was so easy to locate, especially in case there was an emergency and I needed to get there right away. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
