I've been going to Dr Bob for years and would recommend him , with highest approval . He is definitely one of the best . His staff for the most part is kind and considerate , EXCEPT FOR CRUELLA who runs the front desk . One person can definitely change the atmosphere of the office and I don't mean for the better :(

Dr. Ealy is so kind and patient and you can tell he really loves his profession because he doesn't overcharge like most Vets do. He realizes that if the cost is too high most people can't afford to take their pets in for care. The last Vet I went to charged me $75 for a medicine I could have ordered online for $25. I know my babies are in good hands with Dr. Ealy <3

I live in Spring and travel about an hour to have Dr. Bob see my animals. He is the kindest vet around. He genuinely cares about all animals. I won't take my dogs and cats any where else.

I have been taking my pets to Dr Bob, for at least 10 yrs. He is without question, the Best Vet I have ever used. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, very affordable, much so than any other vet I have visited. His pricing for his services are the best, his staff is wonderful, I have full confidence with Dr Bob and the way he has taken care of my dogs for so many years. Just an example, My mother also takes her pets to him, she had a older dog, that was in pain, and nothing more could be done, he was suffering, she called Dr Bob emergency number on a Sunday, the office was closed, Dr Bob came into the office, and helped put her dog to sleep, he was so compassionate and caring thru out the whole process. When she received her bill, she could not believe how low he had charged her, he thought of her financial situation. He has worked with her financially on vet services, she is a long time client . My neighbors also take their dogs as well. People come from afar to go to him, not just people in Cleveland. I don't know what I'll do if he ever decides to move or retire. Once you go to him, you will never go to another vet again, I promise.
