Needed to bring our donkey in trying to figure out why he had sores all over his legs and some on his body . We do not live in Childress but have a place there with cattle and this donkey that we check on at least once weekly . It was Friday May 22 , 2020 so i called the clinic around 12;15 but got no answer and there was no message that they had on there phone , So i looked them up online and it said they were closed but opened up at 1;30 , So after having a hard time loading the donkey in a trailer finally got him in it and headed to town {our place is about 12 miles out of Childress } got there about 1;20 and noticed no car's were there but waited and waited and kept trying to call their office phone number with no answer or voice mail . It became pretty obvious that they were not going to be returning . Why do you not have a message on your phone or a note on the door saying you will not be there when your website say's you are open ?? VERY unhappy with they way they seem to be open when they want and closed when they want .

This man is SO RUDE! Stopped by for a simple checkup and THE VERY FIRST WORDS out of his mouth were ugly! I believe that no matter WHAT you feel you NEED to say....you can at least be KIND.
