A few years ago, I had an emergency. I had an outdoor dog - So he did not smell like a dog that is kept in doors. They told me I needed to bathe him before they'd do an emergency operation on him (he was in an accident/bleeeding). They sold me some bandages and antibiotic spray and said to treat him myself- they would not do it until I bathed him. What does this tell you about thier ethics and human compasion...

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
