Drs and staff are great and attentive. However, the prices of routine medical treatment is too high. Then add any medication to your bill and you have to take a loan out to pay for everything. It's sad bc they are the only veterinarian clinic close by and I'm forced to travel 30 miles to one I can afford. I have to choose cost over kindness.

I would't take a rat to them for vet work, $400. + for dental cleaning and 2 teeth pulled. Heritage you should be ashamed of your self my dog been suffering for a month now. I called around and found West gate in bowling green for $180.00 for same thing. just got paid and I'm taking him there.

THEY ONLY WANT TO JACK UP YOUR VISIT BECAUSE ITS A SMALL TOWN BUSINESS WITH LITTLE INCOME. EVERYONES' PETS ARE TOLD THEY NEED SURGERY. EVERYONE. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
