The people themselves and doctors (when you can get in) is great, but their scheduling is terrible. If they have people checked in they just deny you service, but the people in line could never show up and you are just out of luck. Come up with a better scheduling service because the one you have is terrible.

The staff is always kind, caring, and friendly. The Vets are considerate, knowledgeable and never in a rush treating every animal as tf it were their own pet.

I have been taking my pets to Jones Animal Clinic for the past 8 years. It They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never had to remind them who I am or what my pet's condition is, they remembered both of our names by the second appointment. They go out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The entire staff at Jones is amazing! They are so great with all the animals and their parents!
