They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always listen very carefully to all of my input and concerns. All my pet's treatment decisions are made collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do.
