I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. My pet has had a couple of emergencies, and every time they take my call right away and get me the help I need. I know I can always count on them in any situation. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The waiting room here is spacious. I didn't feel like I had to sit too close to someone or that it was overcrowded with pets. Everyone was attentive and calm. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling like my pet got a good physical. Dr. Krupnick was happy to answer my questions and actually welcomed questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I will return.

Dr. Krupnick always makes sure every single question I have is answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. Dr. Krupnick's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions are always answered in a detailed and timely fashion. Dr. Krupnick has been our vet since we adopted our first dog in 2007 and he is by far the best vet we have ever been to hands down. Even when we have had to go to the emergency hospital, no vets have compared.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the relationship that Dr. Krupnick formed with my Bichon, Paco and visa versa. Going to the doctor is no longer stressful and filles with anxiety.
