Whenever I bring my pet in for an appointment, they always address both of us by name and make us feel welcome. They really make an effort to get to know their patients here. I've always appreciated how flexible they are with their appointment times. I'm always able to get my pet in to be seen very quickly. They were ready for my pet and me right after we arrived. We spent less than ten minutes in the waiting room. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
