Dr. Pieper is the best vet I have ever known. His bedside manner with my dogs and cats has always been amazing; he clearly speaks their language and is always thorough in his discussion with me about their health. I never leave his office with unanswered questions, and that is great for my peace of mind!

We love Dr. Pieper! He took care of our yellow lab Sonny for 13 wonderful years . Sonny loved going to the vet to see him, that is how wonderful he is. He relates the the animals and you can tell that he truly cares about their health and well being, When Sonny's health began to decline, Dr. Pieper was there to support us emottionally and assisted in her transition over the Rainbow Bridge. He loved Sonny as we did, and he also cried with us as we held her through the transistion.
We held off on getting a new puppy until one day Dr. Pieper mentioned to my husband that the time we spent "waiting" was time we could be spending loving another dog. With that we brought another lab into our home. Fallon has been Dr. Pieper's patient since she was two months old and she too enjoys her visit to the vet. I wouldn't know what to do if we didn't have Dr. Pieper and his staff. They are amazing!

My dog really likes Dr. Pieper, and I get the feeling every time I bring her in for an appointment that Dr. Pieper feels the same way about her. He really seems to understand and relate to animals, and can explain my senior dog's sometimes puzzling behavior changes to me so that I can better understand her; this is hugely important with an aging pet! I think he and his partner, Dr. Wong, are the best vets in Stratford - after seeing a few other vets when I moved to the area, I settled on Barnum Animal Hospital and have been coming here for years.
