I couldn't believe how rough they were with my pet. My pet was in a lot of pain because they weren't careful at all. It made me very upset, and I wanted to leave right away. They belittled me and made me feel like I was a bad pet owner. My pet left there with a horrible infection and lost a lot of blood. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANY person!!!!
