He showed me so much kindness when my cat was dying. I felt like it effected him almost as much as it devastated me. I will never forget his caring approach at that horrible time and he sent me a personalized card a little later --- i truly believe that he felt bad that i was feeling so bad. There was nothing that could be done to help Ling, but he has left me with one good memory of that horrible day, and that is his compassionate spirit
