I had a horrible experience a while back when Dr. Michelsen refused to come to my aide when dealing with my sick animal, and also told his new partner that it was in her better judgement to pass as well. This was all due to a feud going on with the local DVM's in the area and how he was refusing to aide patients of another DVM's. In the end, I lost my beloved animal. While it may have been inevitable, caring and compassion would have been nice, putting the animal first rather than petty feuds with fellow vets. I am very thankful for the vet who did come to my aide, and will forever praise her for her kindness.

Every time this vet comes here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as he sees me, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this guy. Some other vets are short-tempered and make you feel horrible about your pets. My appointments usually start on time, and if not I get a call. They are always prepared for my appointment and usually remember pertinent details. One of my horses was in a little pain during the appointment, but it didn't seem too bad. This vet is confident when handling my horses.
