I believe that Dr. Munson is looking down with disbelieve. I understand that everyone is out to make a profit, however, this is strictly a production line service. It is obvious that this has become a business and not a true love for animals. I should have listened to my gut on my initial visit. After several visits and obtaining a second opinion - I realized my instinct was correct.
